It has a spacious yard with a pool, shower, sun deck, barbecue area, green oasis, and parking space. We believe it will meet all your expectations.

The house is located in a beautiful naturally untouched bay of the sub-Velebit channel.

While it is bathed in the morning rays of the sun that cross the sea during the day, the unforgettable sunset into the sea in the evening is especially magical. The nights are cooled by the Velebit mountain and the Paklenica national park with fresh, pleasant, and extremely clean air.

This exceptional location combines continental and sea climate, surrounding it on one side with clear sea and on the other with forest and mountains.

Enjoy the clear and clean sea, swimming on landscaped concrete and pebble beaches with pine shade, swimming on wild beaches, jumping off rocks, hiking, nature walks, and bike trails. Complete your vacation with excursions and visits to nearby cultural sights, national parks, and adrenaline attractions.

At your request, DALMOR can offer half-day and full-day private speedboat trips (up to 5 guests), swimming on wild beaches, visiting nearby places with included lunch in a restaurant, touring the old and new Maslenica Bridge, an unforgettable sailing experience at the nature park and river Zrmanja following the path of Winnetou through the town of Obrovac to the waterfalls, boat fishing, and a small fishing school.
